The pandemic is seemingly over, and it's back to "business as usual"... except it's not. We've been wading in unknown waters for three years, doing our best to stay afloat and mostly managing. But now that we might be able to take a few minutes to breathe, you may have noticed some leftover detritus.

This detritus could be in the form of exhaustion, stress, low-grade anxiety, or even physical reminders. I know I am still dealing with leftover desks, chairs, and video conference backgrounds at my house. While my body is carrying 20 extra pounds of delicious at-home cooking, and I'm-too-tired-to-do-anything-else takeout.
